CarrierFront LLC customer agreement
Version carrierfront-service-2026-09-26-v1 · Effective 2026-09-26
Company and contact
CarrierFront LLC, 3810 Ridgedale Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45247. Contact support@carrierfront.com or use signed-in account support.
Service and order
CarrierFront provides managed carrier websites, hosting, domains and business email according to the plan and extras shown in your order. The order shows the price, recurring billing interval and applicable tax before payment. Features must be shown as available to be offered for purchase. CarrierFront does not provide transportation or brokerage through your website. A website or confirmation of access to a carrier registration inbox does not certify carrier ownership, authority or safety.
Setup, approval and content
Setup requires payment, accurate company information, carrier/domain checks and the content needed for your website. You review and authorize publication; saving a draft or paying does not automatically publish it. Third-party checks and missing information may delay setup. We agree next steps rather than guarantee an unverified launch date.
You retain rights in your supplied material and authorize its use to deliver the service. You are responsible for accuracy and permission to use text, images and logos. Keep contact information current and protect sign-in details. Do not use the service for impersonation, spam, unlawful content or interference with other systems. Inquiries do not book freight or guarantee business results. No uninterrupted service or unlimited custom work is promised.
Managed edits
Starter includes two, Pro four and Business six small managed-edit requests in each paid monthly billing period. One request covers supplied text, contact details, service areas or supplied images on one existing page within its existing design. A request is counted when CarrierFront reserves it to begin work; an unused reservation can be released. Completed requests count for that period. Self-service edits and corrections of CarrierFront errors do not count. Unused requests do not carry over. Work outside this scope requires a separate quote and your approval before work starts. We do not charge for additional work without your approval.
Add-ons
An additional website page costs $49 once. Supported email migration starts at $99 per mailbox; the provider, amount of data, scope and final price are confirmed before work begins. Redesigns, custom integrations and work outside listed add-ons are quoted separately. Only features shown as available in your checkout are offered for purchase.
Refunds
You may request a refund of your initial payment within 14 days after that payment if your website has not been published. We may deduct only an actual domain registration cost that was disclosed to you and approved by you before the domain was purchased. Contact support@carrierfront.com or use your account support area. We review billing errors, setup delays and other service problems individually. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Support
Contact support@carrierfront.com or use the support area in your account. Our target is a human acknowledgment within two business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays; it is not a completion deadline or a promise of 24-hour emergency service. Pro and Business receive priority ahead of standard requests, with the same initial acknowledgment target. Routine questions may receive an automated answer sooner. Requests needing review and follow-ups are directed to a person. We will agree next steps and timing when additional work is needed.
Renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through billing management before the next billing date and check the confirmation and paid-through date there. Cancellation normally preserves paid access until that date. Payment failures, refunds, disputes or misuse can require review or suspension under the service terms. Arrange any website export, email migration or domain transition before service ends. Cancellation does not transfer a domain or automatically erase required records.
Domains
An eligible active plan includes standard .com registration and annual renewal costing up to $20 per year. Premium or higher-cost domains require a separate quote and your approval before purchase. Domain availability and the exact spelling must be confirmed before an order is submitted. You must supply accurate registrant details and approve the exact domain name.
You are the registrant of your domain. Connecting a domain you already own does not transfer its ownership. Canceling CarrierFront service does not shorten the domain's already-paid registration term; you become responsible for future renewal and any transfer arrangements after included service ends. Transfers require verified authorization and are subject to registrar requirements and applicable locks. Contact support before expiration to arrange the transition. Domain privacy is not promised unless it is specifically included in the accepted order.
Domain orders require their separate CarrierFront and Tucows/OpenSRS agreements, accurate registrant details and explicit approval of the exact spelling before purchase. Availability checks do not reserve a name. Registrar/registry requirements and verification apply. No domain purchase is authorized merely by accepting these service terms.
Hosted email
Mailbox count follows your selected plan; each included mailbox has 10GB of storage. You choose its password. Arrange export or migration and keep important messages before service ends. After confirmed paid-through cancellation, mailbox sign-in and sending/receiving may be suspended. Thirty days after confirmed suspension, contents become subject to manual retention review; deletion is not automatic on day 30, and storage is not indefinite.
Privacy: information and purposes
We handle account names, email addresses, authentication/session records, company information from public FMCSA records, confirmation attempts and results, website content and approvals, support messages, inquiry sender/contact and shipment details, billing/subscription references, domain registrant contacts, DNS checks and mailbox setup/service records. We use this information to operate and secure accounts, build and host approved sites, deliver inquiries, administer payments/domains/email, provide support and investigate errors or misuse.
Approved website content is public. Inquiries are available to the receiving carrier, which is responsible for its own use. Payment information is entered through Stripe checkout. A mailbox password submitted at setup goes to the email provider and is not saved in our application database. Do not submit payment details or sensitive documents through an inquiry form.
Privacy: service providers
Current providers include Vercel (hosting), Neon (application database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (incoming support email and service notifications) and Tucows/OpenSRS (domains and hosted email). Domain data may also be disclosed to registries, ICANN, escrow services and other recipients required by the registrar agreement. Authorized operators access relevant records to support the service. Providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
For a domain registration request, we retain the network IP observed by our hosting platform with the accepted agreement as registration evidence. It is not used as proof of personal identity. Required domain evidence is kept for the applicable registrar recordkeeping period and is not removed by ordinary website-content cleanup.
Privacy: AI processing
Support email subjects and bounded message text may be processed through Vercel AI Gateway by OpenAI to classify requests and select approved routine answers. Your messages and delivery records are stored to answer your request and review delivery problems. Uncertain requests and follow-ups are retained for human review. This processing does not authorize account changes, domain purchases or website publication. Do not send passwords, card details or domain transfer codes in an ordinary support request. When you use the website rewrite feature, selected text is processed to prepare suggestions; your draft changes only when you choose to apply them.
AI Gateway and its model providers have separate data-handling terms. CarrierFront does not currently enable end-to-end zero-retention enforcement. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in text submitted for AI processing.
Privacy: cookies and communications
Necessary sign-in and private-preview cookies support account access. Hosting and authentication providers process request/error information for operation, security and troubleshooting. Carrier confirmation, billing, domain notices, inquiry notifications and support replies are service communications. Blocking required cookies may prevent access.
Privacy: retention
We retain website draft content while service is active and for 90 days after confirmed service end for recovery or export. Inquiry content is retained for 12 months from receipt, and resolved support conversation content for 24 months after resolution or the last related delivery update. We review records for cleanup and preserve content needed for an active issue or a required obligation. Minimal audit, deduplication and delivery references can remain after conversation content is removed. Billing, accepted agreement and domain records are retained as needed for accounting, disputes and provider obligations. Hosted mailboxes follow a separate process: 30 days after confirmed suspension followed by manual retention review, not automatic deletion at day 30. Deleting application content does not immediately erase provider copies or backups. Hosted email may remain recoverable for a provider-defined period after deletion, separate from our post-suspension review period. Domain registration records can remain subject to registrar retention obligations after service ends. Providers and backups have separate schedules and exceptions; we explain applicable limits when handling your request. We do not promise zero retention by every AI provider.
Application cleanup is reviewed manually. Development/test branches are separate copies and must be included in the review when they contain the affected information. Recovery history and provider copies may expire later; we restrict use of residual copies and reapply completed deletion instructions after restoration. We keep only records still needed for documented service, security, accounting, dispute or registrar obligations.
Privacy: requests and account closure
Contact support@carrierfront.com, use signed-in support or write to CarrierFront LLC, 3810 Ridgedale Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45247 to ask for access, correction, export or deletion. We verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. We explain records we must retain and provider-held copies we cannot immediately remove. A carrier receiving an inquiry is also responsible for its use of that inquiry. We assess and honor applicable privacy rights; our ordinary support target does not extend any legal response deadline.
Subscription cancellation, account sign-in deletion, website cleanup and mailbox/domain closure are distinct actions. Tell us which you want. We verify authority, explain service consequences, offer export, identify required records and coordinate provider-held copies. An authentication deletion alone does not erase application data, and we do not erase another person’s records based solely on a shared email address. We explain the outcome and any remaining retention periods or exceptions.
Changes to these terms and notice
We preserve the text and version accepted with each order. Material changes will be communicated through the account or verified service email before they apply where required. A new order that requires different terms must obtain acceptance of that new version. Previously saved receipts are not rewritten. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by these terms.
Checkout acknowledgment
I accept the CarrierFront LLC service terms and acknowledge the privacy notice for this order.
