Your order and approval

CarrierFront LLC provides the selected creative package according to the accepted brief and order. Prices are in USD plus applicable tax; the final order shows the selected scope and total before payment. Website subscriptions and publication have separate approval steps. A listed package is available for purchase only when its checkout is enabled.

Logo and starter brand kit — $149 once

Two generated logo candidates, selection of one direction and one consolidated revision within that direction. Downloads include PNG artwork at its available generated resolution, a color palette and an editable HTML email signature. Vector files and trademark clearance are not included. An additional scoped revision round costs $25 and requires separate acceptance before work. A new direction requires a separate quote.

Company mascot — $200 once

One character concept and five page poses for Home, About, Services, Service Areas and Contact. One consolidated concept revision and one consolidated pose revision are included. Concept approval authorizes pose work; final approval of the complete set is separate. An additional scoped round costs $35 and requires separate acceptance. A material change of character or direction requires a new quote.

Adult headshots — $100 once

Two AI-assisted portraits of one adult, with full, square and portrait downloads and supported placement on the five website pages. Two consolidated revision rounds within the selected person and style are included. An additional scoped round costs $25, separately accepted before work. A new person requires a new package; a substantially different direction requires a quote. No fixed delivery time is guaranteed.

Permission, privacy and review

You must have rights and permission to submit references. For portraits, you must be the adult pictured or have that adult's permission. CarrierFront and its disclosed providers process references, prompts and outputs to fulfill, review and revise the selected package as described in our privacy notice. This permission is separate from website publication or marketing permission.

Review spelling, appearance, likeness, accuracy and suitability before final approval. Automated checks can miss errors and do not establish identity or rights. Private source material is restricted to fulfillment and support access; public use requires separate publication approval. CarrierFront transfers any rights it owns in paid, approved delivered artwork to you to the extent legally possible. AI output may resemble other material, and copyright protection, exclusivity and trademark clearance are not guaranteed.

Refunds and corrections

Request a full refund within 14 days of payment and before final artwork approval. Approval of a mascot concept is not final approval. If CarrierFront cannot complete the selected work, undelivered work is refunded. Refund amounts reflect the price actually paid for each service, including any accepted discount.

Errors against the accepted brief are corrected without using an included revision round or charging an additional-round fee. After final approval, other reported issues receive individual review and our errors receive free correction. A new direction or extra work requires a separate accepted quote. We do not charge automatically for revisions, retries or replacement packages. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
